8. Data retention and deletion

Employee and staff data
If you use our app as an employee or staff member (including through VezOps or other internal applications), we retain your personal information and related data (such as account details, attendance records, and location history) for as long as you are employed or engaged with us. **After you leave your job or your engagement ends, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days**, unless we are required to retain it for a longer period by law (for example, for tax, employment, or legal proceedings). If you would like to request earlier deletion of your data after leaving, you may contact us using the details in Section 9 (Contact Us).
